Plus Management Services, Inc. provides high quality nursing care operations and management services to the state’s elderly.  Founded in October 1992, Plus has steadily grown my maintaining a commitment to treat our residents, patients, and employees with respect and professionalism.  Plus Management Services, Inc.’s corporate headquarters is located in Lima. 

At Plus, we try to provide facilities and operations that improve the quality of our residents’/patients’ health, so they can function at their highest level of independence.  Far from being simply a health care provider, Plus Management provides a place for residents to grow, progress, and try new things or resume activities they may have given up for years.

Plus Management Services, Inc. understands that health care for older adults is a growing concern in this country.  With the number of older Americans increasing at a rapid rate we, as health care providers, must commit to find our means for addressing their health care and lifestyle needs in the most cost effective and flexible way possible.  Lima-Allen County must start developing alternatives to the “normal points” on the traditional way health care is being provided in our community.  The future of quality health care alternatives will be from those who respond with sensitivity, imagination and aggressiveness.  Plus Management Services, Inc. has a staff that is very sensitive and responsive; the type of people we hire all have a common dedication to the process of providing the best care possible.  Over the last several years, the management staff and consultants have operated, under management contract, several facilities through the state.

Upon our departure, the facilities did very well with state surveys, along with a return to profitability.  Plus Management has a reputation of very sharp management of nursing home operations.
