Baton Rouge Nautilus Fitness Center is designed with the mature adult in mind.  This fitness center is on a medical campus which allows access to medical support staff and professionals to design a specialized fitness plan just for you.  The medical campus is conveniently located, with a comfortable feel for anyone not feeling at ease in their current fitness center or for the mature adult just getting back to fitness.

• Membership includes use of the Nautilus Fitness Center, a customized fitness plan and a nutrition consultation.

• Open 7 days a week, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.  Open on all Holidays!
